Getting an image onto the desk

The case blocks the connection

I remove the Pi from its position above the desk because the case and adapter are not fitting together. The small connector needed here is micro-HDMI; the spoken correction in the video distinguishes it from the storage card.

I have ordered a cable but want to keep testing that day, so I try an old HDMI switcher in the connection and prepare to remount the hardware.

Test the display path before the rest

The image appears at the end of the clip. That checks the immediate problem: the Pi can send the dashboard to the projector with this temporary arrangement.

It does not yet test tracking accuracy or card gestures. Those depend on the camera view and the relationship between the image being projected and the desk surface.

What follows

The next hardware update continues the mounting work. Once the display chain is in place, the build can return to the interaction itself.
